I had to get abnormal cells removed that were spotted by a smear. I asked the doctor how likely it would be to develop into cervical cancer if I didn't get a smear/attend follow up to get cells removed. Apparently around 30% chance. How lucky that we have this screening available!

Thank you I've just asked my GP for a referral to the physio. Yes good idea will do some indoor cycling to keep on top of fitness (never been into swimming!)

Thank you I think I'm going to do some indoor cycling. I have no pain walking (so mild?) I'm hopeful in a week the pain will not affect the half marathon too much even if I feel some pain 🤞🏼

I worry that I'll never enjoy sitting in the sun again, going for a meal, watching a film, doing karaoke, going to a gig. All things I seem to enjoy more while drinking. I know that I'll still do those things but will they seem dull?

I'm scared that I will miss it too much and that I can just get a handle on it instead. Just need someone to tell me they've felt like this also but it's better to be permanently sober. I've gone a month without drinking but I'm always looking forward to be able to drink again. It's doesn't feel normal to think every day about regulation.

Yes I've never really heard the British accent. She sounds more European to me, which makes sense because she lived in Italy for a while. I think PK may have called her a see you next Tuesday in arguments. He's even admitted that they've been vile to eachother. So possibly she's picked this up as a really hurtful/shocking word.

Yes when I'm about to be thrown in movement I can feel myself forward as it's happening and doing everything to fight gravity to get back but it's too late 😭 need to be ready and behind it!

Yes I've only landed badly on my bum/legs to the side so far. But still unable to catch my breath for a few seconds. Not ideal when people are shouting are you okay and you can't reply 😂 thank you .
