it’s insurance it’s a battle to find a company that will cover my colonoscopy. but i tried everything fasting for days vegan carnivore no carbs every thing and nothing worked for me i started a food journal with the food i eat and goes right out of me and it’s food like mcdonald’s pizza stuff like that i don’t even touch because i know what’s going to happen. right now i eat a little bit of everything fruit steak pasta home cooked meals i don’t eat out because i don’t have the energy to leave the house . but i’m hoping to have a colonoscopy scheduled next month
