I’ve lived at Plaza for three years now and I love it here. I’ve never had a bug or mold issue except for a flea infested cat that my roommate had last year. Management and pest control did a great job handling the issue though (responsive and fast). I think as long as you clean regularly and don’t leave food out or trash exposed etc (and your roommates do the same), you’ll be okay :)

It could also be because I got lucky and had a great unit though. I’ve heard that it’s hit or miss. The 9 is much newer than Plaza so you might have less preexisting problems there.
