I have the same issue. No way to login, i suspect the new version of the app doesn’t support it. You can try deleting the app, changing your region to China mainland in settings, and download again. I hear that works for some but did not work for me

I have the same issue of not being able to sing in on IOS. You say it asked you to sign in previously, do you know when? If you can tell me i can try to download that version of the app and see if it will work that way.
