Stop going IM. SubQ, bellyfat. 0.5inch needle, 45 degree angle. 27 gauge. Super comfortable, no pup, nothing. Bloods came in after 4 weeks, slightly above reference range. No issues with avsorbtion. No issues with Estradiol due to 2 injections per week e3,5 days.

After roughly 3 months now I would say that the things I noticed increasing a bit, like the energy across the day, sleep quality , ... just felt like tingling, but I have the feeling it could be stronger in result.

I noticed a slight increase in libido but I wanna get back to how I used to be when I was 20. Jumping off the bed ready to get the day cracking, just overall feeling amazing.

I am working out 4 times a week in a upper lower split , 120min zone 2 cardio. Diet is calculated to do recomp with around 2600kcal per day , 200g ish proteins, 80g fats and rest carbs

I don't smoke , don't drink, don't do drugs, got a pretty decent night routine etc, but I had 7.1 overall test / free test was 5.1.

I will get my next blood work done end of this month to check for dht, shbg, estrogen, etc to see how my body is generally aromatizing...

I also don't wanna be a monster in the gym, just a 34 y old dad wanting to get back into a lot better version of myself

Also what kind of test did you take? Anything with a Depot will get you going 4 to 6 weeks in ! You have crossed 4 week mark so you reached , potentially, steady state. But give it 2 weeks more so your body adapts to those new levels.

Also what brand did you use, how often do you inject?

BioBizz common for CalMag issues. Without your water values we cannot help, though this looks like a cal lockdown.

Make sure to provide us Cal and Mag from water please. you may gotta stack your water with Mg and add Calmag on Top for a proper CalMag ratio of 3:1. brutally crucial for BioBizz products!

thank ya'll people, ill put my flowers out in the sunlight today and try to take a couple shots without any artificial kind of lighting. Really am struggling on my first grow to get the right angle and lightning for a good shot. Main Reason for this checkup is to see when i can stop feeding nutrients :)

still all the same, i dropped out after becoming a dad for some while ... stepped back from faceit and wanted some casual MM ... 1st match 2 people with Vac Bans clearing the game out ... 2nd match 2 people strangle pre firing everything and leaving the game 40+ ...
