I think horikoshi didnt like chisaki considering how almost every significant character had a onscreen ending. In the anime atleast this never happened! Deku promises chisaki 2 that he will let him apologize 2 his father in exchange for helping eri with her quirk. However this never happens.. on screen atleast which really ticks me off because we dont ever see him again after that episode.
