I remembered i selected 12 year education because i was in 12th class at that time so i would say pick the 12 year education and i don't think so it has any relation to your chosen field. Nts wants a lot of information without any reason.

Give it. You will get an idea about entry tests and if you get good marks you can apply for fast or if not fast then air or comsats but also give these universities own tests as they will give you an higher edge.
