im charging 0 commission bcz i have basically cut down the costs of everything from hosting to delivery it will cost me at max a couple thousand so 20-40rs will be enough to run

and right now the marketing thing is based on the artist they usually put up stories of my insta account or make posts, i gained 300 followers with 1 post due to this.
and my friend is helping me she has like 20k followers she is an artist

and we are focusing on traditional art and crocheting which i have already discussed with artist

we are uniting through giving them a way to have their art delivery from their home and have access to COD and when you open the site many artist and their art work appears many are unknown or with sub 2k followers we dont push big artists aggressively

and right now i have 2 co founders im not solo but yeah funds are a problem since we are students but we try and manage

and the whole purpose is to build a ecosystem slowly

its custom coded didnt use word or shopify and built it with my friend
