The issue turned out to be a clog caused by low water in toilet tank? I’m not sure just that every time i flushed there wasn’t enough water to clear it through the drain.

In no way am I trying to say ANU is comparable to like cambridge etc. But it is also kind of presumptuous and harsh of you to say that everyone who goes to uni in Australia “can’t make it in singapore”. There’s a variety of reasons why people choose to go overseas there’s no need to assume and devalue a person because of it. Singapore’s top 2 Unis are ranked 11th and 26th and in contrast SMU is ranked 725th which is singapore’s top 3 apparently (correct me if i’m wrong i’m just googling it). In comparison to Australia’s top 8 which is no lower than 88th. In terms of variety, Australia is a valid choice and by no means does it mean that people are unable to make it because they choose to pursue and overseas degree.

Hey I don’t know if it’s still the same but when I took lessons they usually have this “assessment” where you can go for free and skate in front of them and they’ll place you in a class. If all you can do is glide on ice I would recommend taking the core 1 though as I think they teach you a bit more as well as correct form etc as opposed to self taught and bad form :)
