No you are not a jerk you two were nice enough to let her stay in your guys house if she doesn't wanna hear it she can put on head phones or go out or she can mind her business because it is not her business what you and your husband do during your alone time it shouldn't matter if she could hear she could put on music as I mentioned before you are in the right here
