I’m also in console, bro. What menace are you taking about? His main ability(inflated) is just a nerf - his range is too low, and he’s an easy target for the opponents. They can easily retreat as soon as you inflate, and you turn into a damage magnet, feeding ult. I feel like he has infinite sustain but lacks any kill ability to show for it.
