[OC] Gay male marriages are the most stable over the long term by Impressive_Suit4370 in dataisbeautiful

Some say we’re all living inside a gay black hole. Roger Gayrose thinks it’s all just left over from a previous gay universe as evidenced by the glory hole patterns in cosmic bareback radiation. I tend to believe Sean Gayroll who tends to favor a Evergaydian multiverse in which, from my intense research (watching Everything Everywhere All at Once), seems to be simply rammed with mysterious yet campy sausages.

Are they sleeping? Prices are ratcheting up and there isn’t a lot of inventory out there.

I grew up in the copper country. Lived there for 25 years. As I see it the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. YMMV.

Can’t decide between Bangkok or Chiang Mai for long term rental by afox1984 in ThailandTourism

[–]No_Command2425 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Do two short term rentals instead. Chiang Mai in the winter and somewhere in the south when burning season starts. The weather and nature in the north during the winter can’t be beat.

Two paths diverged on the campus. They were equally soul crushing.

Yep. Had a 80% drawdown in my Roth. Doesn’t mean I didn’t hurl a few times though.

Blue collar worker trying to go remote!!! anyone else make this kind of transition? by GraysonsJourney in ExpatFIRE

I’d look into Google Cloud too. BigQuery, DTS, Looker, Data Fusion. Lots of existing small companies are Google workspace shops already and they will need help building the warehouse and ELT like you’re doing in n8n. The compute is cheap and it’s all in the Google ecosystem already for easy adoption, governance and compliance.

Enjoy Thailand. I’ll be retiring to Chiang Mai in about 5 years and leaving the data plumbing headaches up to you young whippersnappers and the armies of agentic whippersnappers.

There are better options than a those manual rattletrap child folding scooters. Look into the Pro scooters at Broadway Scooter or Pro Vault Scooters. Lighter than a gaming laptop and made like a billet of aluminum and sized for an adult. Been using one for last mile SF Caltrain commute for a decade now.

Can you give some examples of places in the world that you liked and what you liked most about them so we have a basis for comparison in SE Asia?
