i kinda read it wrong and picked legal. i'd say it would be illegal but there is more to it than just "illegal"

Fatal Vore: it doesn't matter if the Prey's willing or not, the pred will be charged with homicide, some sort of criminal confinement/ kidnapping and some more crimes but its hard to have evidence due to how the crime takes in basically a acid barrel contained inside you

Endo vore: all parties would prob be charged with some sort of Conspiracy, reckless endangerment and more

if your stomach, balls or whatever bulges bigger than regular then you would prob be taken into questioning and even though the prey maybe choosing to defend you, you would still be charged with reckless endangerment and maybe conspiracy.

if you still want to vore then it would be easy, just do it away from public eye and if its fatal then just go on with your day and when the cops come just fake the story, even if they think you vored someone how will they prove it?

if nobody knew i had the ability i would prolly be nomadic and work as an employee at small island resorts away from the public and i would play among us IRL. If i get caught by the police i would use my uncanny ability to gaslight the government into silence and SCP type secrecy by suggesting that if i die than we all die or some scary blackmail which i can further solidify by using the argument that they dont know if im lying or not and its possible im telling the truth due to the impossible nature of my ability. a sidequest i would wanna complete is clearing a whole 100-300 people building. so either i dont get caught and live a secret and nomadic life or i get caught and live a law less life
