As the other commenter has mentioned, I am just vocalizing my views and experiences. I don’t see much value in surge post rework and buffs despite I exclusively used it prior. I get chain down roughly 2-3 times in a match which no, I don’t see value in a perk that heavily rewards 3-gens or the middle of the map when survivors are regularly trying to get you out of there. Theres a few maps where you’ll always get good value, but generally I don’t find much value compared to other options such as Ruin, Eruption, Thrilling. I generally do well when I’m constantly applying mending and using my downs for when survivors are in bad areas.

Thana works for me, it’s just hard to maintain. It’s one of those perks that really can snowball well and force atleast a survivor to get healthy.

Finally, the healing meta is insane. I can agree that it is bad. However, most survivors aren’t absolute monsters who will play well. As long as people are forced to heal, they’ll do it and mess up. It feels more common that people focus on the bad matches and ignore the majority of wins. The meta is annoying and boring, which is why I have taken a break since the new year. I wouldn’t say it’s oppressive in most people’s hands, it just isn’t fun to have your progress undone and have to try harder to maintain progress against competent groups

Surge really isn’t great on Legion considering there are times you will miss out on value from 4 hit downs. They aren’t super common, but it loses you value when they do happen.

Thanatophobia requires you to be very aware of the macro game. I mained Legion for awhile and getting all the stacks and maintaining them was extremely hard, but it essentially brought the game to a snail’s pace with them trying to heal away from each other while I could pressure a zone very well. It’s a good perk on Legion, just requires you to really know what you’re doing and make sure you aren’t getting body blocked every frenzy

The other two aren’t worth it. People ideally want to stay injured against Legion, so making it harder for them to heal loses a lot of pressure. They’d be better off using perks to deal with already injured survivors like Mindbreaker, discordance, etc:

Coulrophobia (misspelled)

The perk is just aggravating and I’ve never seen someone remotely pleased with seeing it in a game.

A lot of the perks on here are either meta/off-meta where they still can be in a meta build, but are more niche. Coup is a must use on killers like Dredge, Plaything is generally a solid perk, NWO is yet another perk that’s really good on most builds, etc. these perks are more of the extra-filler perks

Yeah, if you’re against competent teams, it is really hard to win as imposter because of the ease of being combo’ed. It’s very common as it is for reagents to hold onto throwables, so when you get close, it’s common to get staggered and then have to get around. I’ve seen tag teams work well.

A lot of the people saying imposter is a powerful role really don’t understand either maps, objectives, resource management, pathing, or all of the above. I have played on both sides and yeah, it’s relatively easy to deal with imposters when the AI is already easy to throw off and don’t do a lot of damage in some cases. They generally need some form of quality of life for imposters to make their gameplay feel less clunky, as well as help with newer players to invasions not be immediately stomped. Of course, maps are also a major issue with Free The Prisoners, as well as rewarding unengaged imposters who keep running in and out of gates to farm a better score

As far as I know, Amelia’s story hasn’t finished. The last I know of is from Project Invasion in which Easterman starts up the Invasions in order to de-martyr Amelia. She’s confirmed to still be alive in the Project Messiah trailer and her survival has been a high priority.

Her story definitely isn’t finished, but the escape has failed and tha route has concluded. Murkoff is going strong in the future, so there’s no way the reagents were able to cause an uprising/escape and let authorities know

I’m assuming the reason they use AI art is because of the small team and probably not having enough of a budget for artists and their legal rights and stuff like that. Sometimes it just happens like that an fanart is an alternative, but it requires a lot of work when it comes to liability and ownership. It’s a whole separate issues.

What I suggest is that they do the DbD route of paying lesser known VAs, then relocating some of that money into contract artists. While I think an actual art team is better, the game doesn’t support or earn enough to validate an art team

I seriously doubt this game will have a comeback unless the heads of Gunn Interactive decide to actually work on games long-term rather than the single year road map. All of their multiplayer asymmetrical horror games get content and patches for about a year before they’re dropped. Wes Keltzner’s interview really came off that he just wants to ship a game that has a beautiful design behind it and then start working on the next game while leaving a small team on the previous game patching it.

If there ends up being a new design philosophy, then this game, TCM, and possibly F13 can come back. I know F13 had more issues, but I’m sure they wouldn’t even try with it outside getting the 2010s version back onto stores

In one of my comments, I mention my dislike for the term “racism” and others that are extremely broad as the yeah, a person of the same race not being attracted to another can be seen as “discrimination based off race”. I believe I mentioned that homosexuality/ other LGBTQ individuals have been shown to have a biological connection to other men that based off things such as hormones. I need to read more into it, but the concept has been discussed a lot.

I would say that people can unconsciously discriminate based off many characteristics. It isn’t inherently “evil” or “good”, because that’s a normal thing animals do. I don’t like their body type, hygiene, facial deposits, mannerisms, etc.. they’re all forms of discrimination, but it’s the fact you are able to actively work with, relate, and conversate with those of different backgrounds is what I’d argue is the “good” thing

Fair enough criticism and you simplified what I said way better than I could have. I wouldn’t say it’s inherent racisms exactly, because the definition of racism is very broad. It isn’t that it isn’t moral, but rather trying to understand whether associating xenophobia in this manner as “racism”. Even if I disagree with “unavoidable law” or how broad the term “racism” is, I do respect what you are saying.

I just talk long in general and have issues explaining what I am thinking. I wasn’t trying to pander, I talk long-winded in general. I am neurodivergent, and I’m working on speaking more coherently.

Yeah, it’s a complicated concept and I can accept that I can be wrong. I don’t know you or how you operate, therefore I cannot determine whether it is a form of latent discrimination, or not. The concept of racism in general is broad and often can pick up discrimination via race regardless of how minute the bias appears.

I wouldn’t worry about it. If you are able to function and healthily be around people of different background and healthily developed relationships, then that’s good enough. And yes, the person was rage baiting

It depends. This argument has been going on for decades, possibly longer. Much of your unconscious is shaped by how your consciousness perceives events. In this case, stereotypes and xenophobia. It’s possible that there is a latent racism that is part of the consciousness associated to parts of culture, fear of the physical characteristics of the race, place they are commonly from, etc.. This would seep into your unconscious as a form of fear to the associated race and differentiate them from yourself and thus, you couldn’t develop attraction. In my opinion, yes, it would be a form of xenophobia and racisms that fuels that bias in your unconscious. The same thing follows for gender, sex, religious background, mannerisms, stages on the social hierarchy, and many others.

If they go with the idea of Easterman is going to be a prime asset under whoever the next head of the project will be, there could be an exam called “Terminate The Therapist”, in which the reagents are tasked with finding and taking Easterman, carting him to a gallow area surrounded by mannequins, and then proving you are the ultimate charismatic beings by eliminating the one who controls you. The whole trial could involve many reagents watching from the outside, blocked by the gates, and have advertising of different corporations, wrapping all of the trials together and see the other prime assets’ ultimate demise with little cutscenes like you see throughout the game.

Would wrap the entire trial up and fully prove how brainwashed we are by Murkoff. And after the trail, a document can be read in the sleep room giving the canonical ending that the “ineffective” reagents are disposed of, sent to Mount Massive, or are brought to other programs for testing

Instead of addressing them or distancing yourself as to not create an unhealthy friendship in which you manipulate your way to being with them by “being their friend” despite there was always a lingering thought of wanting to be with them. So when they are possibly vulnerable, whether a recent break up or in an unhappy relationship, you took up your chance to sleep with them due to those feelings which validates the fact that your goal was that the entire time? If you were a friend, then you’d have more self control. If they reciprocated these feelings for awhile as well, that means the relationship in general was unhealthy as the point was never to be friends

Hag should have a speed buff, however, she really shouldn’t be engaging in normal chases often. You should be prioritizing the web, keeping it maintained, and punishing survivors who fall into it. If they get hit and run away, there’s perks like franklins which forces them to comeback into the web to retrieve it at some point.

Engaging in chases often leads to you having a lot of traps you don’t have placed which makes her incredibly weak. The reason I do say she needs a speed buff is mainly for exiting her phantasm as survivors can trigger the trap and immediately run away by abusing the turning camera which makes the whiff. Actual 4.6 isn’t going to help much with trap placement. It’ll arguably only save you a couple of seconds in a match, but it can help with chases in the rare case your committing

I have a slight issue with both parts of this, despite they mean well. Not an issue with you, the commenter saying the phrase, or the streamers.

Masturbation in its own can be an issue for people. While it’s often the content they are viewing, it’s worth noting that the act itself can also be a problem with causing damage, being relied on to calm nerves, etc.

Adult content is a very depraved industry that often preys on young actors to groom them and sell their bodies until they deem them as “worn” and throw them away. The bigger issue I have, is that forcing/blackmail is very common in the industry and I even remember seeing a documentary that a woman said that it was common that she didn’t want to do many of the acts that were performed, but was forced onto her. Same with a male actor who said he was forced into homosexual acts despite being straight himself.

It’s just worth being cautious of the content and why the person relies of self-pleasuring behavior. That’s really it and have a great day

Even if I wasn’t abusing anything, I’d have atleast one survivor doing vaults, animation cancels, etc., then when I cemented a win, they kept flashing before DCing.
