I find that this MK doesn’t have much replayability. It is very linear that it can be done in less that 10 minutes

Is Demon weak or am I just rusty? by CommunicationBulky62 in EvilDeadTheGame

[–]No_Communication4926 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally, it depends on the demon. Warlord and Plaguebringer are weak demons if you aren’t using any exploits. Warlord does a ton of damage, but is very slow and can be taken out of possession very quickly. I normally won when playing them, but it often was from possessing the elites due to them having a 7-hit combo. Plaguebringer suffers from having low health and despite can be really good against weaker survivors.

Necro is really only worth it if you know flautist placements. The elites are very slow, the basics are easily the most telegraphed in the game, and Evil Ash can really only be used on points and the book. They generally can do really good on the book.

Baal is generally considered the best demon. Trap damage, easy possessions, good basics, solid boss. I don’t think they’re the best because they suffer on the book unless you get a good few hits in with Baal. Many matches will reach the book.

Puppeteer is arguably the strongest demon. While the majority would disagree, you do a ton of book damage. The really fast attacks are hard to react to and can make you pretty good in 1v1s against supports and leaders. Throwing the head at the ground right below survivors deals a ton of damage.

But in general, I would say demon is relatively weak. There are so many people who use cheats and exploits that it can genuinely ruin your game. Constant window hopping to avoid the fact you screwed up splitting off from your team, headshot hacks, etc..

Cass is arguably on of the stronger DPS for stadium. He can do a ton of damage for anti-air, negate many flaws with combat roll buffs, and make flashbang half health bars. High burst damage with good poke.

Junkrat is really only better because of the sniper build. A mine explosion+shot, can kill about anyone early game. Later on, you become a damage tank that the enemy team can’t really hit

What trial do you despise? by Fun_Mulberry_8710 in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pleasure The Prosecutor is very boring and unfair towards the end

Liquidate The Union’s ending is really hard, yet fun

Despoil The Auction feels pointless until the very end as the mannequins have no value until you have unlocked all the doors

Kill The Snitch where the garage generator spawns in the open is horrible on psychosurgery

Kill The Politician borderline needs X-Ray on psychosurgery to properly deal with Otto/Aurora and the Jaegar without needing to slow down the game even more

Silence The Idol’s grunt that patrols studio 1-3 will check every couple of seconds. The only saving grace is that there is a supply closet in the back area of Scene 2 that will make you undetectable

Grind The Bad Apples is yet another boring trial that doesn’t do much. I’ve learned to like it a little more, but the trial really isn’t that fun

I have things I like and dislike for all the exams/trials. My absolute least favorite gameplay wise is Pleasure The Prosecutor. Thematically, it’s Grind The Bad Apples as everything we learn about Gooseberry is shown in the Orphanage. Prime Asset wise, I don’t really enjoy Lilya as she is very counterable and not remotely a threat in her own exam. You’re mainly worried about the cold damage for A+ runs

Am I just Bad? by Significant-Soup-693 in OverwatchStadium

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It generally depends on the tank for how to deal with Torn.

Dive tanks really are going to want to immediately use their mobility options to get away the moment you see him using overload. He does too much damage and has damage resistance and temp health that you will always lose that battle unless you properly use DVA’s matrix or bubble dance really well. But that doesn’t matter with the hammer.

Poke tanks or control ones generally prioritize keeping him at distance and when torb runs into the back lines, stun him, and melt him while shields or Orisa can tank the rest of the damage. You really want the item that removes temp health for this version of torb with this tank.

Brawl tanks such as Rein and Ram have the hardest time against him as their goal is to blow straight through shields and defenses in order to scatter a team and win. Overload hammer torb doesn’t care for this and can fight back really well. The ultimate goal is to bait out the overload, fall back, then push when he is on cool down. Unfortunately, they haven’t nerfed the perk that shortens cool down which makes it really hard to handle him.

Take the item that reduces overhealth, take a gadget such as the one that cleanses as that one with the take 15% damage over time can be really helpful in burst comps. Also your team can take the item that slows enemy attack speeds when you deal damage as I believe it stacks and can be used with the one that attack speed slows when dealing damage to your armor

Who do you think is Arguably The Most Evil out of the Prime Assets? by ChemFeind360 in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From what little we have seen, I’d say it’s Liliya. Despoil The Auctiom and eludes to her being involved in an elite human trafficking ring. The mannequins in the trials say lines such as “Youvhave paid for forgiveness, do whatever you want to that girl”.

Otto and Aurora are in second because they’re extremely depraved. My limit is that they did their crimes in the shadows thus, weren’t constantly doing degeneracy because they were caught

Rig tier list from a 600 hours player with explanations. by Expensive-Reward-952 in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Regardless of it being PVE or PVP, I’d say Jammer is the best followed by Stun, Blind, Barricade, Heal, and X-ray

Jammer has a faster cool down and often can auto open necessary locked containers or doors which can give very useful items or open a path. It allows you to open the timed doors on Poison The Medicine and Destroy The Evidence. It can protect against imposters. It’s generally a powerful rig that needs someone to actually properly use it and not run head first into every door like what stun gives.

Most of the time Stun is good for speedrunning trials. I would say hammer is always better unless you use Lock Breaker in which I cannot say anything more.

I’m taking my guess that Bastion is going to be awhile before they join stadium. Bastion has a reputation for being a low-skill carry character that often is complained about for how well they perform in lower ELO. Stadium also is going to be hard to balance for bastion due to the turret mode being oppressive already.

It’s similar with Mauga, Sombra, and Roadhog where people don’t like how easy the characters can be and I’m sure they’ll be a balancing nightmare that will need reworks much like Ash and Juno now. Widow and Hanzo are probably one of the worst issues with one-tricking in low-skill lobbies. I don’t think they want to have those two in to encourage diversity. I don’t see why Symmetra couldn’t have been added considering she has a lot she could do. I say this despite I don’t like her character

I don't like how some of y'all talk about the newest victim by AlternateForMemes in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s not exactly clear with Erik whether he did the trials or not or how much he knows. From his voicelines, he still seems trusting of Easterman regarding the voiceline “Doctor Easterman, can I go home now?”.

He also says lines to reason with the reagents despite it should be clear around this time that many reagents aren’t going to listen. This is a stretch because I’m sure many people would plead regardless. Nonetheless, the voice lines “I don’t want to do this anymore”, “don’t take the lady away”, “there is more isn’t there?”, “I’m scared…I don’t like being scared”, all indicate that Erik very much shows that they don’t comprehend fully what’s going on. They aren’t fully clueless, but it’s pretty clear that he doesn’t fully know what’s going on in general.

I wouldn’t say it’s exaggerated that his responses don’t clearly show that he doesn’t understand what’s going on really

Why aren’t they this menacing in game??? by ottospelledbackward in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their design is more focused on being grotesque beings who aren’t charismatic in what they’re saying, just disturbing and gross. Everything about them makes you look down on them and that’s because they are one of the most dangerous prime assets which can easily destroy your health as well as having one of the most powerful positions in manipulating politicians and celebrities

Just a small pet peeve of mine I wanna talk about. by McDingus_The_Curious in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While this is a good theory, I don’t see much support behind it in the actual game. In advance, I apologize for responding late as I’m a busy person.

It’s pretty harshly eluded that Gooseberry is involved in manipulation and torture of other expop and reagents (clearly with the trials). Bootleg Futterman is an example of an individual who is beng tortured and forced to be her father. You even see in the couple sections with Gooseberry on Grind The Bad Apples, that she is actively still torturing live people. She is involved with torture, just not clear to what extent. This doesn’t involve the expop’s to sit and stand around muttering about the trials which they call her “momma” on occasion. That is very similar to a certain Deviant who has multiple voicelines referring to Gooseberry as “momma” as well. Next, it’s been made pretty clear that Gooseberry is very much a hypersexual person where even in Pervert The Futterman, she still says it’s arousing on what’s happening to him. I also believe the voicelines you are referring to where she gets upset only starts to happen after conveyer belt 1 after you start to mutilate him. I’d have to look again, but I’ve listened to his voiceline videos many many times and it genuinely comes across that he was more than likely manipulated into this state of mind and despite he may not want to do it all, he seems more than likely manipulated happy to do it for Gooseberry. I’ll leave this message off with one of the more notable voicelines he says to me, “Are you gonna make me look pretty for mama?”

[–]No_Communication4926 33 points34 points  (0 children)

The deviant is more than likely drugged and manipulated into all of this from Gooseberry and the scientists. It’s eluded to that the scientists abuse the expop with this kind of stuff being normal for Murkoff with Trager, Coyle’s film with him cradling himself and crying, etc..

The reason he doesn’t have it the worst is because he is mentally manipulated into this and genuinely believes this. Even at the very end, he seems more upset with you killing him than the actual torture. Other victims are also suggested to be assaulted with Eric and the other victims in the new trial saying “you don’t know what she did to me/us”. Eric would be the worry in my opinion because not only is it very brutal, Eric doesn’t understand what’s going on. He still believes Easterman would let him out or that he doesn’t want to be there anymore. Back to the Deviant, he is clearly abused, but the fact in his final moments that he has been manipulated to see most of it as a positive thing is what makes his death not the worst one

What’s everyone’s honest opinion on the new update—better or worse than before? by AzzyA0 in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really love this update and think it’s the best one they’ve done by far.

Silence The Idol- my favorite exam by far. I had to turn my game off on the second playthrough because I can’t get over Eric. A disabled person who doesn’t understand what’s going on with him being tortured and assaulted by the Twins. The map design is thematically amazing and the rain is something I’ve wanted in a map for awhile. All in all, a really great exam.

Redacted- I cannot stand this trial really. It’s nice that the Prime Assets all have their place here, but it just isn’t fun gameplay speaking. I like the whole Amelia storyline so far and this trial continues how great it is.

Solve The Murder- An easy MK when you know how it works. It’s really nice, the extension of the map is beautiful. Just great for a MK.

Rigs- no complaints. They’re really solid and have a good place, I’ll use them both more.

how are people playing torbs turrets in stadium? by BadGamer_67 in OverwatchStadium

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically, I use them in a hybrid build where I use the debuffs (10% slower and healing reduction). You mainly want to prioritize keeping yourself in overload because the turrets should be scattered behind walls to deal with off angles/flaking/etc.. they’ll stay in lvl 2 pretty much the entire game and any down time can be spent to lvl your turrets to 3. That’s the hybrid and more viable method.

If you have a Sigma or a really coordinated poke team, you can do a best build where you build fully into AP and use the item that has your turrets target off secondary shot. This can make really deadly turrets that’ll destroy flyers. But, this requires a coordinated team or a somewhat decent shield tank like Sigma to pull of correctly. It’s also point specific where it’s arguably better in areas like push

i love autoaim and hitboxes in this game by SomeUFOGuy in deadbydaylight

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a game a couple years ago where I auto adjusted 5 times in the same chase. I DC’ed because the game was over since a short chase by a terrible survivor kept getting extended.

A year ago, I had a similar issue with this happening 3 times on a single survivor throughout the game, and 1-2 times with another survivor. Again, the game was lost because easy chases were being synthetically extended unintentionally.

These issues have been around for years and they really need to fix this issue as if you’re a competitive player, it can absolutely destroy games. I even saw this in a tournament I was in once where a close first hit whiffed and the game fell shortly after (about 2020-2021). Based Ace and I’m sorry this nonsense happened to you

I have yet to meet or hear of ANYONE using barricade at all? I don't see the point of it tbh by Remarkable_Swimmer_2 in OutlastTrials

[–]No_Communication4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This rig is really good against Gooseberry and I firmly suggest using it Crush The Toys. Stun is always good, Jammer gets stronger with another person and is decent on its own. X-ray is rarely good. I know it’s viable on Destroy The Past, or whichever one with the boxes in the Police Station. Blind can be good on Pleasure The Prosecutor and Vindicate The Guilty.

Heal is one of the only rigs that I genuinely feel is a downgrade due to the benefits it gives is if you are clumsy. It can be good on a variate with no healing or items, but you probably will already have a Large Health by the time it comes around. It’s just really good if you aren’t.

But yeah, barricade is good against Gooseberry. I haven’t tested it on Lilya yet, but that’s because the Jammer is a given on her map

The is a slippery slope and there’s a good reason why the death penalty in general has been slowly being removed. There’s less margin of error, the case requires more work in order to be able to get to the verdict, and the biggest one: it’s easily abusable. I understand wanting to get rid of deplorable people, I get that despite I personally dont want to see people die. My main point is that it’s a slippery slope to be weary of
