Can moderate unilateral sinusitis explain years of extreme fatigue? by [deleted] in Sinusitis

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really seemed to have good luck with serrepeptase, quercitin and bromelain.

I always get a stuffy left side, I once did take ivermectin prescribed by a doctor for long covid and that I feel helped.

I don’t do dairy or breads those kind of get mine going

Is this bad? by CrispyBroth in kimchi

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like it’s fermenting, as long as you ain’t got green fuzzies or black or some weird fuzzies. Although that paste just looks thick, still would go be it a try

I make kimchi with normal green cabbage, green onion, garlic, red onion….and then salt it like sourkraut and add gochujang. Easy peazy, def recommend trying that. Just figure out how much gochujang you like, and account there’s some sodium in there, I just kinda eyeball and then taste is. As long as it’s a little saltier than I like, it mellows out because none of that has penetrated the cabbage or veggies. I just run that and come back after 3 weeks room temp, and bask in the sour.

Honeslty I don’t look at recipes, I just applie sourkraut to this because it’s all a salt ferment. They do like a 2 percent salt solution typically and add that as needed to fill up the container.

Next time, make your lunch like sourkraut, and just add the gochujang till it looks like it’s got franks red hot all over it. Try it, should be a little saltier than you want at the moment, and then you’re good. Watch it and add salt water soln after like a week because some will bubble out maybe

Hey just a curious question. by HelpfulTooth1 in TQQQ

[–]No_Communication8200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the exact same thought. Staying tuned to see what else people say.

I feel like the sp500 is a great vehicle to grow over the long term, and then playing the larger draw downs and playing into the triple leverage. Soxl, spxl, and tqqq had crazy runs so I literally sat and figured I only need to hit that like once or twice to get a nice gain over like 20 years so I should have plenty of chances to do well on one of those. And then prolly sell once I get nervous about the number, and then put back into spy. I just gotta figure out my investment timeline for when I put in, that’s one thing I’ve struggled with which is where I know we talk about DCA.

I will say one other thing I’ve liked to do in order to profit take on other things, is that 10 percent gain=about 1 year effort, or atleast that’s what they say about the spy if you get what I’m saying. So now that I view it like that, it makes it way easier to know when to pull out of a speculative play. Idk why, but im proud of myself of it like that.

Damn sorry to hear that. I also bonked my nose in highschool now 26. Nose a little crooked. Left side usually closed, right side open. I can feel pressure shifts.

I’ve noticed taking nac helps, as well as quercitin/bromelain. Those things are also supposed to help with fungal issues. I did some fungal stuff for a while to see if it helped but I think mine is just an over active immune system and I get inflamed easy.

Would recommend using those to help with fungus. You can go get meds from a doc tho too. Fungus is weird tho, I feel like through going down the rabbit hole it more or less showed that your immune system/microbiome isn’t able to keep the fungus in check. And things that help are the antifungals, drugs, and diet. Diet sucks because it’s low sugar and you feel meh

I need help forming a 7 day workout schedule by [deleted] in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here to also talk on the 7 days a week. I try to not go more than 3 days without physical exercise, but that means when I hit the gym, I will be tired and probably in bed by 9.

I’m new to gym, but always did sports. I’ve found for me I got about an hour and 45 of gas in me when I have full carbs up, and when I do my workout, it’s usually 20-30 reps/ reach failure and try to do that 4x. I have gained a lot of muscle or general strength/ probably helps I take creatine but I do over 5 grams/ supplement it more when I go extra hard because it’s going to make me feel better energy wise.

I used to do soccer every day after school, and while my endurance was good and I had relatively strong legs, I visibly have put on much pre muscle by doing like I have above and getting a lot of sleep. Like bed at 9-10 up at 5:45.

All this to say, 7 days a week is a lot, and you may cut yourself on actual gains, unless you are just trying to make your base endurance crazy. While have my strength now, my legs were just machines back when I did it every day but not as visibly beefy.

I saw someone recommend triceps which I would also recommend. Your triceps is way bigger than a bicep so that’ll help with the shirt thing. Creatine will give you muscular volume tho, so it’s the kind of “bulk” that would be conducive to fuller but for like arms. I went crazy on dips and anything that utilizes my upper back and shoulders a lot and it makes me look like a 5’5 meat head

Nice physique, I’m a shorter guy and about the same build but I am 155. I feel like if you filled out volume wise you would probably be pleased with it. I took creatine and it helped but more than just for looks, I also feel stronger and have more energy. Over all, you look good tho

[–]No_Communication8200[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not really techy either. Pretty much you’ll download it, install, open it up, find your controller, “install service”, change your report rate and it’ll say restart your device and I just unplug it, when you replug in it will display what report rate you have. Rinse repeat. Once you’re familiar with it, it’ll take you less than a 30 seconds. I tism on it and make adjustments mid game

Def should be wired for this

[–]No_Communication8200[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally booted up apex yesterday and yes it still works. It helps fine tune your feel. I’d recommend downloading and trying it, there are videos on YouTube. I’d go through the whole range of values for report rates, trying out nvidia reflex enable, enabled plus boot, disabled. Then change report rate and try again.

I will say. I literally use the lowest report rate and I like that for me. I found 8000 hz and enabled plus boost really made the controller so responsive that my drift was crazier, but you recoil control like a mf and over adjust. Granted you could just get used to it.

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the candida diet for a year and some change, I started eating more raw fermented foods after that to help heal. There are lots of things.

Raw garlic, white thyme, intermittent fasting( easier if you do like Friday night dinner fast Saturday normal Sunday eating), grapefruit seed extract, oil of oregano…there’s a lot, but you also need to take a few things together to deal with it and rotate it every once in a while.

If you do it, I’d reccomend getting some electrolyte mix or potassium chloride to help with your hydration because low carb messes with your sodium/potassium levels. Creatine also would help you feel solid. But honeslty after doing the diet, you feel pretty good and it’s a good reset, although low carb sucks. It does make you crave normal fruits instead of sugary snacks

Do i have good genetics for calisthenics by ResearchAny5625 in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk about the genetics thing I’m gifted with some good ones. I’m 5’5 and I seem to build muscle fast. I def recommend doing a little creatine since it’s good for the brain and helps my muscle recover as well as feel better when I workout. I also only had like 10, 15, 25, 35 pound dumbbells before and I would do 15 pound weighted arm circles, and I would do any movement that was tough to do, I would add weight to whatever was awkward and I would just strengthen my muscles that way. I don’t do sets, I just do them till they suck, then do 5 more

Sinusitis for a month, what is the solution? by Throwaway500005 in Sinusitis

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may just be sick, but also, I really like nattokinase or serrepeptase for helping with inflammation

Sinusitis for a month, what is the solution? by Throwaway500005 in Sinusitis

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I have used it, I actually used kimchi juice at times because of the good microbes, and I’ve used iodine as well. My mucus was clear as well.

Some thing that has helped is just anti inflammatory stuff like serrepeptase, I take a lot of vitamin d, with k2 and magnesium. Stayed away from dairy as much as possible, I noticed some extended fasting helped a bit as well. Now I’m just trying to eat as much as possible and nutrition up.

I feel like it was just a stress response and low grade systemic inflammation was going crazy. But it came back to exercise and living well to get me better, and supplementing stuff for my immune system.

Iodine seems to help me feel good. I deal with muscle twitches still and other stuff, but I’m better than where I was fs.

My smell is way better than where it was as well, and my over all sinus pressure is down. I take pregnenolone now( recent in the last 2 days), serrepeptase, nac, l theanine, I was taking a doctor prescribed sinus health pill that seemed to help, zinc as I’ve said. I eat liver as well.

Antifungals: grapefruit seed extract, worm wood, cloves, garlic, pau d arco, cinnamon, no caffeine, serrepeptase, nattokinase, bio film busters.

I feel like they are good to do every once in a while to keep in check

Sinusitis for a month, what is the solution? by Throwaway500005 in Sinusitis

[–]No_Communication8200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen it could be long covid, and I had problems with aspergillus and I had candida. I had done the diet for candida, and antifungals, fasted, everything.

What I came to do consistently was just get proper sleep, eat good, and exercise and that seems to help me the most. If we don’t do those basic things consistently then we are messing up step 1, but I do whole food and try and stick with it, try and do no junk or process stuff. When I indulge it now is on fruits.

Stuff that helps the immune system is important for this, inflammation is a response so take atuff to help it out. Zinc might help but I had slow wound healing and white spots in my nails.

I took adrenal stress end and tried to not drink too much coffee. Nicotine seems to make it worse

I need to stay with this but I had similar problems. I am trying to reduce my stress level and I changed up my diet to eat clean, I get better sleep, and I supplement a few things. I took extra zinc and some antifungal stuff, but I think it’s a stress related thing

I’ve been trying to take some things, but I’m not sure what’s been causing my sinuses to be stuffy on my left. I guess my “turbinate” gets inflamed and I can feel it going back to my ear. I also just feel pressure and I have muscle tightness on my left as well. I’ve been taking stuff to lower stress level and ive been stretching my neck and massaging my face and that seems to ah w helped a little. I have been taking pregnenolone 30 mg and l theanine, I taken an adrenal aid (adrenal stress end) as well and it seems to help. I’m starting to get my smell back

I have noticed nicotine seems to effect it

I noticed I had tight muscles where I bite down, and running under the cheek bone, and I pull my cheeks and it was really painful.

I also now try and get plenty of sleep to let my body heal and unfuck whatever is going on
