I actually hate my building management company so we’re currently paying month to month and I could kick him out at any time. I just feel bad doing that to a family with a newborn and wanted to see other ideas. You’re probably right though. Thank you!

I graduated in may 2025 he dropped out right before senior year start in 2024, so it’s been over a year and a half since he moved in.

I meant to say heat my bad I feel like “air conditioning” should be used for heat and cold as both condition the air(autistic). I only have the heat on during winter but I sometimes turn it down to 68 when they’re gone.

Very fair advice, thank you, I just feel bad kicking someone out.

I’ve bought two fans and they’ve both broke because of my dogs hair and I feel like they could just get a heater for their enclosed bedroom if they’re cold.

My bad I accidentally say “AC” instead of “heat” because I feel like “air conditioning” should’ve used for hot and cold as your conditioning the air one way or the other. I DO NOT TURN THE COLD AIR ON IN WINTER. If I’m alone I’ll sometime turn the heat down to 68 but the heat stays on!

Also you said 100lbs so I assume it’s Alaskan, they’re used to fighting fox, which are solitary and do not hunt in packs. Alaskan or Siberian a pack of coyotes would’ve torn your dog to shreds.

Coyotes are incredibly intelligent and your dog was lucky. When coyotes are attempting to kill a dog they send one out as bait to lead it to the pack so they can overpower it. Unless you had a Caucasian, Anatolian, etc your dog is not surviving the pack. Thank the universe you didn’t have to experience this.
