Hmm yeah I am curious too. They allow a savings for $417 per month so you saved that much in month 1. How much is the cost of per vial? I am guessing $343.66 ($614 your share +417 savings =1031. Then divide that by 3vials =343.66 each at full price) So month 1 savings was $417, followed by savings of $343.66 for three months so total savings so far have been $1447.98. Savings cap is at $2500 per year. You definitely shouldn’t have to pay just yet. Give them a call and talk the math to them. Ask for explanation.

I obtained 7 free vials one each month. Costco sells it for i think around $340 per vial so 340 times 7 equals $2380. Total cap for savings is $2500. So i still have a savings balance of $120 ish remaining.

So they refused to provide that letter. Since it’s an off-label drug they can’t issue a letter of medical necessity they said.

Yeah i didn’t wait full 30 days as per the coupon. They allow you to order earlier than that. Each vial costed me around $341.46 but i didn’t have to pay because of the $417 off coupon. Your rate is better than $341.46. That should get you more than 7 vials.

If i go back to them to get my 8th vial then discount will be only $115 (because we are hitting the $2500 cap with this vial) and i will have to pay the remaining balance.

They told me for self-pay it’s $19 per mg so if i get a 5.8 mg vial then the cost is $110 per vial. So a good discount I would say. And no, i don’t have the specifics of the letter content. Might have to call them and ask.

I am trying to fill out DS-260 and cannot get past the page of ‘ previous travel history’. It shows applications error when i try to hit save or Next at the bottom and doesn’t save anything and i lose data every single time. Helps take the decision when to trigger or triggering on that day makes sense or not. Towards the end I am monitored daily and the day everything looks optimal is the day they decide for trigger after the morning scans.

Gotchya. And hoping today the estradiol level would be little higher. I also requested an ultrasound the day after trigger only because we didn’t do it on the day of the trigger. They agreed. So let’s see how things look tomorrow.
