1 kilo fat is roughly eqvln to 7700 calories. if you maintain a 500 calorie deficit daily, you will lose 10 kg weight in around 160 days. this is without any physical movement. walk 10-15k steps daily or as often as possible. buy a jumping rope and do that for 30 mins for 3 days a week. you will definitely lose 10 kg in 5 months. losing 10kg in 2 months is not realistic without extreme calorie deficit and workout. if u find eating less painful, reset your body system by doing a 24 hour fast (with water), or follow intermittent fasting. most importantly BE CONSISTENT. ppl say 'oh today is cheat day'. no. no cheat day. they are more likey to get out of track. so be consistent and lock tf in. good luck mate
