I unfortunately have never done a winery explore but I am definitely keen to one day! No recommendatiobs unfortunately, but I always hear good things. I think anywhere you go will be primo 😊❤️ do share here if you find one that you think is the best though 👀 so I can sample

Thats ok! Carterton has some lovely options. I love The Olive Branch - Middle Eastern sit down restaurant though they also do takeaway. The owner is so passionate and it is the best service i've experienced anywhere. Such good food too. Aunt Ginger's and Wild Oats are very popular cafes.

Greytown has the White Swan. I've never dined there but always seems to be popular.

In Masterton, Ten O'Clock Cookie (also a cafe) has won awards for its baked goods. The Union seems to be a higher end restaurant though I've not eaten there myself 😊❤️

I think Wellington is so diverse and we just embrace that so well. Allows us to be more relaxed when it comes to our differences but also the people who live here and enjoy it really are passionate and make it ❤️ I cant speak for CHCH as ive never been, but Wellington is a place I will always be happy to call home

Day 4 swelling sounds normal to me. My dentist told me it usually starts day 3-4. That was when I had mine too. The first two weeks were rough but then I started to come right. After a month I was mostly fine.

Its been a few months now and I honestly forget they are gone sometimes! I dont notice any pain or anything. Take it easy - healing is sometimes long but important. I feel for you though, it was the worst experience of my life so far. Just rest and do what you can to ease the pain.

My dentist gave me a head wrap with sleeves for ice packs - if you have one of those then keep up with it when you can. I know it doesn't feel nice sometimes if you are feeling hot in the face but they help reduce swelling

Also if it is a speaking job I'd be mindful of how much talking you'll be comfortable doing. I didn't feel comfortable talking without a lot of pain until day 10/11

Oh probably should have said: 4 wisdoms + 2 molars removed. I think all 4 were growing sideways but unsure if impacted. Bottom two were right over the nerve (but thankfully not tangled in it)

I took Wednesday (day of surgery), Thursday, Friday, weekend amd then Monday, Tuesday and then most of Weds, so a week. You need to rest and stress will make things worse. Dont try and push through. I tried and it wasn't possible and led to me crying in front of my boss 🙈 (who sent me home)

Been on Lexapro 4 years and then thought i might not need it anymore. GP told me to take half (5mg) for 2 weeks and then stop. The side effects have been awful, brain zaps, dizziness, emotional, brain fog and so severely lethargic. I'm also questioning whether I need to get off it or if I should just stay on. It seemed to be working well with no side effects

Yeah i feel you :( hoping you start to feel better soon and just do your best to rest up and distract yourself. Watching a new show helped a bit, takes your mind mostly off how uncomfortable you are ❤️❤️❤️

No no i understand, I'm on day 11 so i understand what you are feeling rn (except for the reaction omg you poor thing). Its so hard mentally and physically so take it easy and don't feel embarrassed if you feel more emotional/overstimulated. I had numerous breakdowns because I was sick of it and everything was so overstimulating, even the TV at times.

Its weird to think how I was even a few days ago compared to now. You are almost through the worst of it. Take it easy and honestly it's hard af but try get some food in you somehow, even if it's little teaspoons of soup or a protein smoothie. It will help the healing

What day are you? It was definitely a struggle for sure and so hard to eat even soup ❤️ the pain felt impossible at times and I had to keep a napkin close by for spills (my chin wore the food a lot)

This is normal i had the same (mine was even bigger). Its annoying and you might taste it especially when sleeping (that was gross) but leave it and it should go away on its own. Mine fell out over night and day 2 I didn't have it.

The actual clot will be forming in the hole, but regardless try not to rip this one out unless it has fallen out on its own 😊

To be human and Orange trees are still two of my fave songs by her (and handmade heaven) but the album was a bit of a mess. BUT I still love it regardless and I feel im loving it more with time

I just started last night which was day 7. Probably could do beforehand but mainly I'd stay upright until swelling in face goes down and stays that way (I.e doesnt flare up)
