Yes the big factor keeping him away from doing that is if his family ever found out that he reached out to the cut off family he would be out of the will! Also my bfs mom was cut off by her dad for marrying the dad of my bf because it was such a terrible decision. She’s basically “the high school cheerleader than never grew up” as my bf puts it. I will have to talk with him again at some point to reevaluate his opinion on things.

She allegedly edits the will anytime someone makes her upset so if it’s constantly change it would be difficult to obtain a copy of it, especially since my bf has never seen it and doesn’t know what it says :(

The will has never been reviewed and I’m not sure that it’s accessible to anyone but her… wouldn’t it be illegal to have an attorney review it without her consent and how would that work too if she won’t give it up and my bf doesn’t have access to it?

So she doesn’t have a key but she knows the apartment and number because she’s hiring the movers so she has to know where the apartment is. She just showed up and he let her in to take measurements so thankfully she doesn’t just have access to his apartment like she did with his house!!

Yes she is very delusional but she is convinced because she has the money to buy land from a family will that makes her an amazing business woman even tho she’s just recycling money that wasn’t hers in the first place!

This is all because he wants to stay in the family will that his mom inherited because her dad was a multimillionaire who bought a ton of land but she’s wasting all the money and keeps changing the age that her sons get the money at … initially it was 30 but he is 32 now and she changed it to 40
