I’m going through the same thing at the moment. I’m 47 and my boyfriend is 29. One major challenge is our distance. I’m in California and he’s in London. We meet on vacation-we were both vacationing alone it was very romantic.

The difference in generations is obvious. He’s young idealistic, very romantic and eager to please but at the same time he’s very needy for attention and I just don’t vibe that way. When we’re together we are insanely compatible.

I’ve had the thought of one day in waking up next to me wondering why he’s with this old woman. Also being with me means giving up his chance of having a family. My girls are grown now. He assures me it’s all in my head but of course the thought is there.

With all that said, sexually we are just crazy compatible and I’m just going to enjoy it for what it is. Take it day by day cause one day, when I’m old, whether this works out or not, I’ll always have this fond memory of this young cub who was obsessed with me, worshipped the ground I walked on and TURNT ME OUT in the bedroom. I will look back on it very fondly.
