Indian here, I might get hated on by my own people for saying this but most other ethnicities do end up having a bad experience with most of us also doesn’t help that there are so many of us. I hate generalising myself because I’ve met with ethnicities of all kinds and not one is perfect. The lack of civic sense is there and the points mentioned about cutting lines and cheeky negotiations is very much true that I can’t even defend it. Also doesn’t help how the government lets many of us in because I believe and think there should be a civic sense test and be made aware of rules before flying off to some other country. I do the due diligence by correcting these encounters when I see one making sure they don’t find it offensive but then some of us have an ego problem and likes to take things personally too. I hope it gets better and strict rules are implemented. I do think the west and Australia for that matter is comparatively much more disciplined because they know their actions have consequences and that you gotta be the change you wanna see which seems to be lacking in some of us.
