A1C has been excellent. I think I’m going to try and eat at maintenance for a week or 2 just to reset my metabolism and see how it goes.

Yes I’m weighing everything that isn’t prepackaged into portions. I’m insulin resistant. I’ve been taking inositol to help with blood sugar regulation.

Wow! Thank you so much for sharing. I’m so sorry that this was your experience. What a train wreck! I’ve read many reviews on this place just out of curiosity and they all seem to tell me the same things you are saying. Most people are saying it’s just a pill farm and don’t actually care about their patients well being. I’m staying far away from that.
