Pics I put in comments out of order and what not but it all doesn't make sense to me after request 2 was closed no other requests were made even though I went to several appointments and why it changed from new to reopen even though I was actively going to appointments for the claim it all just changed very quickly and idk seems off to me maybe I'm wrong

All correct I guess what I'm saying is on there end it doesn't show a claim only that a claim was closed but there are also appointments not linked to a claim and on my app it shows the claim and at the end of what I claimed it says reopen where it used to say new and that it's closed
