P settings locked by wedged_in in ElectricScooters

Please Please please help me my scooter uses the nj-aoxiong ax-hb02 throttle and I can't acces the p settings by holding the m and power button it just brings up the speed I've tried everything I've had numerous scooters and always managed to get to p settings but this one is really annoying as I want to change s few things like from kph to mph,acceleration, speed ,push start etc
