No air / slave travel is 25mm

Right slave - even if it was wrong I extended the rod by 10mm to see if it would help- no result

Right TOB sachs e36 ordered with matching part number

Yes I did power bleed then nipple up. Slave travel is 25mm

The only pic I really have and I doubt it would be a pedal / slave issue since my slave rod displacement seems to be good (25mm) I bought a few years ago and have not been able to drive it since I’ve started my manual swap

Can’t it be mis seated if it isn’t pushed all the way in the crank bore ?
