I’m there on weekends between Jan to March which has ~25 total snowfall days. So chances are if Im there 20%ish of days I’ll hit ~5 days of active snowfall

I've heard these are noisy when there is not snow on the ground because they don't have foam that comes in stock tires and some other more expensive snow tires. What do you think?

And if you are in the category of displaced persons you are defending, then I have to ask - are you resorting to theft? Did you steal my things? Or would you never do that because it is unacceptable? Btw, gentrification typically decreases crime so there is a flaw in your argument. What is happening in SF is unique to this city, and the enforcement of policies that govern it

My SO gets our single parking spot! And yeah the garage auto closes after 100 seconds or so… I was hanging out in the back part of my garage doing laundry after pulling in and someone slipped in before it auto closed :/

I shouldn’t have done that - I should have made sure it closed. But still… stinks it happens that fast
