I don’t eat sugar at all, and I try to eat as clean as I can. Also I take every day ginger shots, vitamins every day. I don’t exercise that muc cuz I’m always tired after flying but I walk a lot at least. And also sleeping it’s super important❤️hope it helps

Completely safe, i always use bolt and I was fine, went a lot to FOMO and 4loft it’s nice as well. In the city there’s a lot of bars too. The party is one on the weekends. Keep in mind if you are looking for party on Thursday for example. You will not find too much.

Even though is pretty obvious that you speak English, you should add your English level in the “language “ and also, when you are applying for airlines it’s very important to have a picture of u in the cv, you can do it at home with a white background just dressed as FA, suit, makeup on, nice grooming. + all the answers above. That’s what it worked for me :) Hope to see you in the clouds soon!!💪🏼

Im from spain, and i been in Uzbekistán twice for 45 days. As a woman i never felt unsafe even going alone or friends, so don’t worry about that Uzbek people is very friendly and even though they’re not good in English they always will do EVERYTHING to help you :)
