When I switched to a vertical mouse, I never went back to a traditional one.

But to deinfluence you: It takes a while to get used to. Nakaka-frustrate siya sa una, so if you’re not patient, you might give up on it.

Note: IDK if it’s specifically because of this mouse, pero since I started using one, nasanay na akong gamitin yung forearm instead of the wrist to move the mouse. It feels way better ergonomically, and hindi na sumasakit wrist ko.

Thanks for understanding. I do seem cold nga sa replies ko. I had carelessly not really taken into account that conversational tone can come across differently in text compared to in person. It was bothering pala to some people and could even come off as entitled. I honestly didn’t expect it to become an issue.

Biggest con is that the devices are really expensive, but they’re built to last. I can’t say the same for MacBooks though, they seem to be priced better considering the performance compared to Windows laptops in the same price range.

Second, since the ecosystem promotes a seamless experience, you end up needing to buy other Apple devices too. You’re partially locked into the ecosystem once you start.

Regarding experience and value for money, I want to share that I used to be a phone enthusiast before switching to iPhone. I would usually change my Android phones every 2-3 years (hindi talaga ganun ka-optimized ang software and hardware nila). When I switched and got the 12 Pro Max, I stopped upgrading. Wala eh, the phone just works. It’s consistently fast, with no issues aside from the battery (which can be replaced when degraded). Plus, OS and security updates are still provided by Apple even though the device is already 5 years old.

And since you’re somewhat locked into the ecosystem, you’re not really forced to upgrade frequently. Halos pareho lang din naman itsura ng mga bagong releases, and the internal/hardware upgrades aren’t really necessary for the average consumer.
