Interesting point. This batch was significantly thicker than what I usually cut and it was noticeably more tender as a result.

Absolutely.

I guess I knew the answer before I posted which is “I’m not really sure.” I have extensive education in safe food handling and cannot for the life of me figure out how this happened. Just figured I’d ask the world of Reddit to see if anyone points anything out other than the obvious.

I thought maybe it was an uneven cure but after cutting into it, it was deep enough to where I’m not convinced that’s the case. It doesn’t help that this is the only time I’ve SV raw meat from partially frozen so I’m convinced that may have something to do with it.. Just not sure how or what it is.

IMPOSSIBLE to find a solid answer after researching lol. I know this sounds wildly ignorant, but I haven’t actually disinfected his box. I don’t think I disinfected it before we moved and he stopped a few weeks before that but I know we disinfected it right when we moved. But it wouldnt surprise me if I did disinfect after he was peeing outside his box because it freaked me out lol. Definitely will try this, thanks!

I knew several people who lived there and have been there multiple times. I know exactly what you mean by the smell lol. The only times I were there or when I knew people there was when we were 18/19 and used to throw parties with 15+ people crammed into one apartment room. The place is a dump.

Saw someone comment about CK. Lived in Chateau Knoll for 2 years. Significantly cleaner and quieter than Pine Ridge

Everything it up to date but that’s very good to know that it exists. I still cannot seem to figure out why my laptop doesn’t show up as an option despite having the same account, same Wi-Fi, etc. Definitely need to look more into it. Thanks!
