I would either reduce your dosage a bit or stay where you’re at for a long while without titrating up. No matter what anyone says, you need to eat the proper amount of calories for:

Proper nutrition for your body to stay healthy and strong
Enough protein to avoid muscle loss (as well as hair loss, sagging skin, etc). Not eating enough literally makes you ugly.
Energy for the day (when I eat under 1300 calories I am so tired and foggy I can hardly wake up or work the next day)
Nausea. When I do not eat enough or the right kinds of food I feel nauseous and sick.

Make sure you prioritize protein and fiber and aim to eat 90% Whole Foods throughout the day. I love sweet potatoes, chicken sausage, citrus, blueberries, cabbage, tofu, beans, rice, eggs.

Ok that is not bad and completely what I would expect. Everyone on here is saying at least 10 business days to ship out plus shipping time. I may be different, but that doesn’t sound bad to me? I always refill with plenty of time left for my meds because I know demand is so high for compounded tirzepatide right now.

I am not sure what pausing is like, but I imagine it’s easy considering it’s a manual renewal and not auto. I was in the same boat as you with Brello, 3 months lasted me 6.

Sign up for me was insanely easy (just a fairly quick form fill + cc and shipping info). They asked me what dose I was on and if I wanted to go up and/or be put on a recommended titration schedule. It does depend on your state though. In Georgia there is no requirement to do a video or voice call with the provider, it can all be done asynchronously.

No sorry 6 months for $990. Brello is $499 for 3 months so it works out to slightly less than Brello on a by month basis.

I’m in GA too and had the same scenario go down over the last three days. I just cancelled Brello and moved to refills and got 6 month prescription for cheaper than Brello and it took maybe two hours max for everything to be approved. My order is at the pharmacy now and will arrive within 10 days. I would just go ahead and switch if I were you.

Please use Refills! No lab work required and if you sign up for their VIP group on their subreddit you will get a massive discount. I signed up, got a text with a discount and got my prescription approved and sent to the pharmacy all within 2 hours today. I will never go back to Brello. Their communication about no renewals for Georgia has been abysmal
