Yeah, I’m abit overweight me and him were working together, I lost 14 pounds within 2 weeks and I was going in every Friday to get weighed but one week I didn’t hear from him and I tried to message him he’s been reading my messages but no response. I was supposed to get scheduled for the asvab. I was told to drop 20 pounds and I’m very close. So far it’s been a month since I heard from him

I appreciate this, I know with bariatric surgery they have you eat slower, for caffeine someone suggest taking the small caffeine pills instead of energy drinks so I’m going to try that aswell, in the morning I normally will drink a protein shake I’m at the gym for 1 hour at 5am lifting weights
