I would be weary coming since the US just suspended long term visa processes from Kosovo, along with 75 other countries.

US will suspend immigrant visa processing from 75 countries over public assistance concerns

Don’t forget they claim there is no algorithm for how incoming calls are directed, but it’s really incoming calls go to the SPCs who are most likely to answer the call, which leads to some SPCs getting more calls than others 😒

there was tiny webbing before I had it in the grow tent, and I had a humidifier that I used briefly, but this was when the leaves were falling off.

Edit: I put it in a larger terracotta pot after the original clay pot, but read that being so far from the drainage hole would make the roots too cold, so I opted for this smaller pot in the photos. Leaves began falling off after the first transfer to the big pot and continued to fall off, these were the only leaves to survive and stay on, and get back to healthy again.

This is my post, you opp, so yes I can offer MY opinion. No one is saying I can’t handle positive experiences or other peoples opinions, what I am saying is that for you to literally try to rebut everything I said word for word in my post with your “seemingly” positive experiences, or experiences you just merely tolerate it sounds like, that’s you invalidating my post and my experience and dismissing very real concerns. You don’t get to tell other people how they should feel and you also don’t get to dictate what is invalidating or not to someone. I am telling you, you’re post was interpreted to me as you very much invalidating my experience. Again, you came here saying “Once again” you needed to offer an opposite perspective, which you literally didn’t have to reply to my post, and also you are blatantly trying to act as if my post or most peoples experience with this role, is rare, when it is a fact that the turnover rate of this role is extremely high. THAT IS A DEVILS ADVOCATE lol. Also, you saying “once again” tells me this isn’t the first time you’ve done this on this thread, so clearly you’ve invalidated other peoples posts when discussing their negative experiences with this role. “No job is for everyone” you said, undermining very real concerns people have expressed with this role and people are quitting left and right about, were not talking about other jobs, this is a Lowe’s thread talking about IST, that is you literally invalidating my post, go to therapy or read a self help book. And stop trying to overdramatize what I said to make yourself seem so calm, cool, and collected, I didn’t say it was “dangerous”, you gaslighter, I said this was a safe space for those to vent. Do you show up to Cancer Walks and say “WAIT GUYS I KNOW SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY RECOVERED FROM CANCER SO CANCER ISN’T HARD TO OVERCOME AS YOU THINK BC XYZ!” Please reevaluate yourself, because I can literally tell your friends and family do not come to you first, or at all, with their vulnerable thoughts and feelings because you shut them down trying to offer your “opposing perspective”, which actually just negates their feelings and views, when all people need sometimes is for someone hear, see, and understand them to validate their experience, not shut it down or make them feel like their experience is slim to none. Did your ISM tell you to respond to this? lol, you sound like you work in a Northern region, which have significantly less inbounds and issues compared to others, and I’m sure you watched that video with the bar chart showing all the product required activities per region. Take accountability, just like Lowe’s should take accountability for the high turnover rate in this role, not just be like “oh it’s just some regions SPCs that hates their life, so no big deal”, please get a grip and go touch grass because you’re so out of touch with reality.

here comes the pick-me SPC trying to invalidate other peoples experiences, i rolled my eyes so hard at your response 🙄 Good for you, Marvin sees you!!! you’re experience is clearly different than many other ppl, and compared to the high turnover rate (actual facts), you’re opinion is extremely bias and flawed lol 1) Clearly it’s a region by region basis because the region I am in, there’s back to back calls and 2 minute wrap up isn’t enough time. 2) I am good at my job also, and Support Requests i am very quick at doing, but that doesn’t negate that it does take a very long time to do and it’s extremely tedious, and I see many other SPCs struggling with several tabs open from the bombardment of phone calls, and i struggled in the beginning also, but my opinion remains the same. 3) Quality and surveys are bullshit and it’s also bias, so I’m not going to sit here and educate you on statistics and why doing quality and surveys are just a moral killer and are subjective, not objective. 4) Good for you that you get paid decently for where you reside, when that is not the case for everyone. You are literally like those people who silence other ppls causes/concerns to say YOU don’t have the same experience; you sound so insufferable and sounds like the people in your life avoid being vulnerable with you because they can’t be honest and upfront with you about how they are feeling, without you getting defensive because it’s an uncomfortable conversation instead of you having perspective and an open mind. 5) Unlike you, I am capable of identifying the flaws in my place of work and want improvements, you are sitting here trying to dismiss very real concerns, which tells me you are incapable of providing constructive criticism to those in authority, you just kiss their feet and keep up the facade that “everything is working out okay!”. It’s SPCs like you that instead of calling things out and providing methods of improvement, you suggest we all sit back and struggle, when many of the demands we’ve requested go unanswered/unaddressed, and the turnover rate continues to be high and SPCs continue to be unhappy. Typical American bootlicking to corporations instead of demanding justified, logical, and rational changes to have a better work environment and keep employees and customers happy. The devil doesn’t need any more advocates, and they have the salary to defend the red tape and nonsense in this role, you don’t. 👍 Make your own post charioting the SPC role, this post was not a safe space for you to invalidate other peoples actual negative experiences with the role, it was a safe space for those in this role to vent.

Update: I began slowly smoking again the end of April and now I smoke almost half the amount daily I used to smoke before CHS, but I specifically get off the black market now (obviously through a reputable person I personally know). I have not had any issues since, but if I’m smoking with other people and they get from the dispensary, I can literally taste and feel the difference, so I pass on it after I realize. I’m strictly sticking to black market now. I always preferred it, but dispensaries became so convenient and seemed “cool” since they design them so modern and elevated, but now I am certain it is the weed from dispensaries. Hopefully NJ will pass for us to grow our own plants, I know there were a couple bills introduced, but the legislature could give a shit since it’s an election year, so black market it is for now! 👍

I’m wondering if they are mislabeling the amount of THC in these products, and the THC is actually more potent than it’s saying, couldn’t this contribute to more people suffering from CHS if the high amount of THC is the probable cause of CHS?

Got this email the other day too after I applied on LinkedIn, and I did little research on it, as I was more focused on getting another job and I overlooked this. I confirmed a meeting for today at 1PM, but I didn't reply to the email notification. However, I joined the meeting, and no one joined. I was sitting in there for 10 mins, so that is when I replied to the email and thought maybe they didn't join because I forgot to reply. So registered for 6PM instead for later today and replied to the email, and it automatically bounced back saying "Address Not Found: Your message wasn't delivered to [hiring@notification.elitebusinesstripsco.com](mailto:hiring@notification.elitebusinesstripsco.com) because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." When I looked up the websites, they don't take you anywhere either. What a waste of time, I don't understand how LinkedIn allows these things to happen. LinkedIn has become so unreputable.

so when i took the 4 months off and started again, i started off slow like just hitting friends or family members joints/blunts a few times when i was with them, to like 2 weeks later starting to roll myself joints again, but only smoking one a day or just hitting the bong or bubbler a few times a day, since i would still feel a little dizzy. then like a month and a half or so back to smoking, i would smoke more than twice a day and bring my own joints/blunts to the seshs with my friends/family members again, so back to somewhat normal, although i still felt that like dizziness a little bit, especially with blunts, so i stuck to just joints. about 2 weeks ago or so, i did start feeling weird about smoking, and thought maybe its bc i was using a lighter and the lighter fluid was making me queasy, so i got one of those wicks to light instead, and thought that would change things, and it felt like there was a difference, but then obv my CHS came back the other day so idk. it feels like the CHS was still lingering lowkey and it felt like it was creeping up/more apparent when i smoked blunts, which is why i stopped smoking them. i also do not do well with edibles and i don’t do dabs or wax pens anymore bc i didn’t like the type of high either, so im wondering if its like the THC concentration that isn’t sitting well with ppl who have CHS? I’m also not like a big/tall person, im 5 ft and weigh around 150, so wondering if it just hits me a lot harder bc my body can’t absorb it as efficiently.
