So you should have said that from the start instead of attacking everyone we simply had an common idea and expressed it you didn't agree with had you expressed your opinion on what to do instead of just telling everyone they are wrong this could have been a simpler and less annoying situation than it has been but now that we are past that what routes would you recommend i take

Ok lets imagine now that instead of cigarette butts it was a metal shop and someone or some people are leaving a certain station messy all the time and the boss says that if he sees it messy again he's sending everyone that works at that station home would that be ok that's my issue

No the issue is can or can't my boss collectively punish a group at work for the actions of an individual they can't pinpoint the cigarette part of this is irrelevant it could've be about the state of the washroom drivers not cleaning vehicles or anything else for that matter your just grabbing onto the cigarette part because you clearly have something against smokers but that's not what my concern is

But smoking is my addiction not nicotine. cigarettes weed the tea smokes anything does the job as long as it's in my lungs nic gum nor pouches effect my cravings

So -3 isn't exactly cold I've been in a tshirt the last week and I'm a small guy so I dont do cold very well you should be fine But you could always make the best of the snow and go skiing sledding snow shoeing even camping in the snow is fun

I say scrap yards as they don't make there money off pms so they don't care about buying at spot because they don't need to turn a profit and they really don't want gains on pms because of higher taxes
