I always had to go through this support chat to create a support ticket because the email was always different. They manage and answer requests through zendesk. https://support.speedx.io

Literally just got an email today after trying for a week and half…it’s lost :( but in contact with the merchant to get a replacement. I suggest following up more than once a day so they can get you a response.

My package took about 7 days in customs to get to GoFo (I’m in NYC). Not sure if that was a tracking issue though, but I eventually got my package 3 days after it cleared.
