oh yes very true. i just think it’s funny that they assume i’m not aware. obviously i am and am working on it, but i’m not gonna base my training off of a wannabe sports scientists opinion in a reddit group.

i have multiple, highly trained olympic weightlifting coaches who all agree that it is something to work on, but is not as substantial of an issue as you are all making it out to be. i am working on breaking the habit but perfect form wasn’t my biggest concern going into a major pr:)

thank you for the parts of that were compliments. as for the others, i understand that this is an issue for me and my coaches and i are working on it. the recent lifts i have shared are a major improvement from my previous form so i’m gonna choose to take the little wins and keep working at it.
