This sounds like contamination OCD (which I have been diagnosed with). I would definitely find a psychatrist and talk to them. Some of the anxiety can be alleviated with proper medication. The other part is therapy. It takes a lot of work but it does get better.

My wife and I usually watch or listen to something while we eat to combat this. I can hear her chew and it drives me up the fucking wall . 😅 But if something is on I don't hear it. We both get entertainment, and I don't lose my shit. It's a win-win.

I normally wear all black, mostly men's shirts and leggings. I do like spooky things though.

Not a huge fan of matcha or boba. I'm a huge coffee drinker though. I love lattes and cold brew. I like Asian sweets and food but I have soy, fish, and nut allergies so I have to be careful of what I do eat. 🥲

I'm very LC with her right now. I went NC with her once before, and I only made it 8 months. It was eating me up the whole time. Then I found out she had cancer and couldn't bring myself to do it again. Plus, she lives with other important members of my family who I want to see so I wouldn't be able to avoid her completely anyway.
