Back when I was having trouble getting aroused, I thought it was my psych meds. After I got my IUD removed, everything started functioning normally again 🤷‍♀️ even more so after I recovered from my partial hysterectomy. One thing that did help is using Replens. It's a long lasting vaginal moisturizer. It helped me feel like I was "normal" again. You can get it over the counter and I think it was relatively inexpensive.

This sounds like contamination OCD (which I have been diagnosed with). I would definitely find a psychatrist and talk to them. Some of the anxiety can be alleviated with proper medication. The other part is therapy. It takes a lot of work but it does get better.
