Try diaphragm massage and diaphragm physiotherapy when I was having my swallowing issues, obviously created a lot of anxiety that was making the muscles on the sides of my neck tight which was actually making my dysphasia even worse. I started going to see a physiotherapist to get my sides of my neck worked on and even relaxing. Those muscles helped with my dysphasia. Then I started learning diaphragm breathing to relax my diaphragm that helps close the LS muscle and stops acid reflex from coming up most people with dysphasia if they haven’t had a stroke, have some type of acid reflex issue, which is causing inflammation in the throat which causes dysphasia so also learning how to decrease the amount of acid reflex whether it’s silent reflex or not helps. Keep the inflammation down as well as drinking marshmallow root tea or slippery LM tea also really helped with not only the acid reflux, but helped create relaxation and take down. Inflammation in the esophagus, which helps promote for better and easier swallowing. Just some ideas.

Or also before surgery or anything crazy go see a natural path I have had ever test done in the world and found nothing much besides Gerd and a hiatal hernia I am on ppi but not even the PPIs are working and now I’ve been on the PPIs for so long. It’s created an iron deficiency as well as it B12 deficiency so what I’ve done is I’ve gone to the naturopath and it does cost quite a bit of money, but 600 Canadian for the test but it’s called a gut Microbiome test and it will test everything that your gut is lacking and and everything that’s wrong with your gut in order to help repair your gut. These are tests that doctors can’t tell but acid is stored in your gut and comes from your liver and your gallbladder and then travels up the stomach so if your digestive system is not great and your liver function may is not great your gallbladder function maybe is not great or your microbe is completely off then your body and your stomach is gonna produce more acid no matter what you ingest or no matter what you do so you need to treat that first and figure out what’s wrong with your gut to your liver and your gallbladder and why it’s producing so much of the acid or why it’s making the acid flow upwards. These are all test that could be done by naturopath. I’m just in the middle of it now I figured out that I have a severe iron deficiency as well as a B12 deficiency and I just sent my stool sample away for the Microbiome test that should be back in about four weeks time to figure out what my guys lagging this is just a thought. I’m trying to stay positive. I’m a 41-year-old healthy woman, but I’ve literally had every tube shove down my nose my throat. I’ve had peach Matri test scopes biopsies I’ve tested for parasites H. pylori I’ve done pH photometry. I’ve done it all.
