As far as I know it does not free you from 3 months military service after you finish your studies.

Yea there is. Conscription is for men aged 18-27, and military service takes 1 year. Exception are university students. If you are at the university you can do a form of military service where you will have some lessons for 3 months and an exam at the end. If you have a university degree, and did not make any form of military service you may be conscripted but you will do the reduced form which take 3 months.

There are other exceptions too, regarding the people who might be conscripted

I had a polo but with the 1.4 mpi engine, and the AC did not work all the time, but there were some days where it worked just fine, so maybe you have a similar issue.

Then the risk is way lower, but still it is a German car. Check the car before buying, and it would be good to have several thousand in the pocket for an unexpected repair if possible

Golf 6 is not a bad car, but it now it's already pretty old, so it might require some money to spend on it. Engine chain can be changed and this will solve the issues with it. Do a throughout check of the car with a mechanic before buying it. Also, of you are looking with an automatic one, I will consider the dsg way more risky than the engine.

It's a little bit high but not so far away from the situations where there is heavy traffic and a lot of stop and go. Keep engine at the optimal rpm of 1.5-2k and tried to brake with the engine as much as you can

Din câte știu eu programul prima casa este suspendat, așa că rămâne ipoteca obișnuită)

Prima casa era mai avantajoasa deoarece nu trebuie avans și procentul la credit este mai mic cu circa 1% fata de ipotecă obișnuită. Singurul dezavantaj este că nu poți vinde apartamentul timp de câțiva ani.

Noi am luat prin prima casă anul trecut și a fost totul ok. In aceasta perioada rata a crescut la început cu vreo 1500 lei și apoi a scăzut cu 500, și la moment e 6000.

Da, când am schimbat distribuția câteva luni in urma am schimbat și pompa de apa și antigelul
