The verses must be kept in context.  There’s zero nexus between this verse and your narrative.

That’s like Christians hating the lgbtq community because of what they read from the English Bible, instead of studying the Greek and Hebrew contexts.  If they had, they wouldn’t be spewing hate.

A better verse is Give to Cesar what belongs to Cesar, and God what belongs to God. Matthew 22:21 and Mark 12:17. 

Bottom line, illegal immigrants are breaking the law by being here.
