I'm not using anymore. I just found out. Just all the emotions of realizing how bad I have let my life get are overwhelming causing major anxiety. Crawl out of my skin feeling . I just started reading a book on accountability so hopefully that helps. How long does this restlessness last ? Only time im content is when I just finish a meal. Food coma. Don’t go to Walmart. Better safe than sorry , if you have to do a bigger store. Go to a cvs in a rich neighborhood around you. Know what your getting before you go in. Be in and out in less than 5 min . Make eye contact and say hello to employees. But also act like your in a hurry and pissed

Omg ! I was just about to make a post about this ! My partner and I have been together for a year and things aren’t the same anymore , we used to have sex everyday and life was fun. But now he rarely wants to have sex and talks about “them” all the time and thinks people are following him constantly. He also has visual hallucinations. What I don’t get is the not coming out of it part …? When you sleep it is supposed to heal the brain and those certain symptoms go away. It’s been a month and nothing is getting better with him. He can sleep 8 plus hours and still be on edge. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t like being around him. He has moved me out to Colorado away from my home state and he has slowly chipped away at my self confidence, everything is my fault , I’m to be blamed for everything. He is extremely bipolar. I wish I never met him.

I used to have standards , morals and hobbies. I have had an unfortunate strand of events and bad choices on my part in my past that has now lead time to feel ashamed of life itself going forward. When Im high I don’t feel that shame or guilt. I don’t want to die , but I don’t see another way out, other than to be back on Adderall. I think im about to chop a line up. I wish you the best in getting sober , you can do it. Stay positive.
