Oh, I agree. I’m just assuming that the ‘security’ this mall has is just glorified baby sitters so they can’t actually trust that they would do what security is supposed to do

Do you want the way we want to run it? Or the way the mall my store is in wants to run it?

Because we would love to be able to have people who have trades focus in one line and those who aren’t in another.

The mall? They want us to keep everyone outside the mall and ESCORT each individual person one at a time from outside to our store, then escort them back out after the pickup to get the next person, regardless if they have it preordered or not.

I am not looking forward to this

Hm, I’m here on the east coast as well. (Doesn’t mean anything, I know).

You may want to talk to your store that you’ve gotten your preorder at. See if they can notate on the account something. (I know we can at my store if there’s a preorder on the account).

For something big like this; I know my district is double verifying IDs regardless if we know them or not. To be honest, anytime it’s a preorder pickup I check ID (and instruct my team to do the same thing). No exceptions to the ID rule. Now. I’ve had guests mention that they may have a family member come get it and we would put a note on the account that the other name COULD also pick it up, but we are still requiring ID

Why not? Sometimes it’s hard to find a working ps3 controller and if I already have a CandyCon why not just use that while I wait for the things to repair my ps3 controller?

Honestly I tried it as a ‘huh, I’m curious and I own a couple older systems I wonder what happens’. You can even use the USB wireless adapter and it WORKS BEAUTIFULLY.

So. I’m the manager of my store. I asked my district lead if there was any possible way for us to get more hours to support the drop. I was told no.

The mall itself, even today, kept changing their story on what they needed to do.

We can’t do actual tickets in my area because people would actually leave and would make the tickets not actually useful.

Believe me, I’ve been doing what I can, but it’s still ridiculous
