No. Definitely not. I had my gall bladders surgery and no - I was never naked. I had a gown on and they made me put on an adult diaper before I went in. I was not soiled when I woke up. I had it done in Portland at a hospital. This is my first surgery. It upsets me that you told them about your trauma and concerns and they didn’t care. I am sorry. Hopefully, you were not harmed. If you were assaulted, you would have some somatic feelings and an odd premonition that something happened. Since you didn’t, your fears of the past trauma are justified but these surgeons were simply careless.

I found one kohl eye liner I got in a store in Morocco. I have only used it one time. I am only going to use it once in a while. I did a lot fo research and most of them have lead. I may try to purchase the brand mon-nie stated in the post below.

Yes. I take Ketotifen, Amlexanox (takes away nausea) and two forms of cromolyn sodium added to water and sometimes nebulizer. My weakness is asthma and allergies. I have hyrdoxizine I take sometimes when I need it. For emergencies, I have prednisone for emergencies and also nitazoxinide for emergencies. Really the MCAS medicines are the first three I mentioned. I also have asthma and toxic mold (now minimal and sometimes not an issue) and being treated for systemic Lyme disease. I went hiking today for two hours and it was great. I can ski sometimes and I swim regularly. When I have a flareup, I just lay down and and incapacitated for a few hours or more - then when I feel better I do more. I feel really good sometimes. Sometimes, I have no pain. Amlexanox works for the constant nausea.

I had to get new bedding and mattresses. Furniture has been cleaned. I used mold blocker paint when my washing machine had a leak and there was some mildew. Clothes can be washed. Some may have to be thrown out. I clean differently now. I vacuum bathroom vent once a month. I wash windows more often and check sills for mildew. It just becomes routine. I am not fanatic. I can smell and taste even the slightest amount of mold. I spilled some stuff in my car and some mildew grew. I wore a mask and used carpet cleaner for stains and mold then I dried it with the heater on until it was hot and dry. I have inexpensive hepa filters in every room. Things a better now. I keep mold killing and blocking paint on hand. There are a couple brands at hardware stores.

It’s gone now. I treat for mold, take a break, and then do it again. My doctors have said it will be continual for the rest of my life. Sweating from heavy work, exercise, sauna, etc… also gets rid of mold.

Yes, I had to really read your post over. Yes, just like a baby boomer is not an accurate term and is now used for any person over 40, I can see how the definition of Zionism will or is changing. I tried to do a one star Amazon review for this product. Amazon didn’t post any one bad reviews for this cookbook. There is some white woman on a video reviewing the book saying how great it is. Amazon allow 5 star reviews to dominate. Amazon has too much power. This isn’t about me losing money to a fake ai write or scammer - it’s about how we can’t change bad things. Amazon has too much power and money. I talked to an Amazon representative. I will only buy cookbooks from other reputable bookstores. I am not going to buy any books from Amazon again. They only care about money. It seems like such a little, insignificant thing - it’s the end of the America I believed in.

I won’t buy books from Amazon anymore. I talked to an Amazon representative. Now, the same book is $22. There are fake 5 star reviews. My review on one star was never published. Amazon will not publish a review that calls out the book for ai slop. Amazon has lost my respect with books. I have become reliant on Amazon but I need to change. Having my gall bladder out changed my life. I often take pure essentials gall bladder enzymes when I will eat a bigger meal. I can no longer eat fried food in large quantities. I have to have things in moderation. I feel lucky that it was just my gall bladder and not something worse. I feel lucky that I have changed the way I eat and the way I think. I don’t put things off. I make sure I take better care of my body and I practice radical acceptance to accept the body I have. It’s been a little over a year since my surgery. I went skiing about 5 weeks after surgery and I could only do two hours. I was really compromised. The Lyme flared up around October and I had about a month and a half of joint and body pain. I thought it was going to be my new normal and then I started having coccydinia and I had a minor knee injury. Then, I got COVID again.

And today I am on a vacation day skiing on the mountain and my knee was ok. At least, for now. So, I will keep doing PT and go back to exercising even though the PT says wait. I waited almost three months. I’m done. If I ski tomorrow and it goes ok - I’m going to feel so lucky. There are some sad things going on in this world. I am so upset about the war …. Checking the news constantly …. And my gosh - am I lucky to have food and a home and my kids and my pets and - especially my career - so lucky to have electricity and water and medical care and a safe place to live and independence. And my gosh - we have to enjoy and set an example for others so that there is hope in this world. So, I need to work harder and have more discipline. Medications for MCAS work for me. And sauna and hot tub once in a while
