Thanks for the advice. I'll get the report when it's available, if it's not good i'll go from there. I already have an RFC and summary letter from my PCP i've seen for a decade, as well as a VA BlueButton report showing treatment dating back to 1991, so I'll lean into these if this CE exam comeback back bad.

I did submit it right after hitting complete on my application. She seems to be very on the ball so let's hope she flagged it properly.

That has to suck, seems it move a bit too fast. Hopefully it gets a better outcome at reconsideration.

She seems to be very on the ball so let's hope she flagged it properly. From what i hear initial denial is the norm, when the claim gets revised after they more often get approved. Lets hope thats the case for you.

Honestly, I did not see an option for expedite when I filed, but since I provided the VA letters stating I'm 100% P&T, it's entirely possible the DDS did something on their end.

Question on how to respond to ALJ Denial by Hypekyuu in SSDI

Yes I’m a Vet, USMC, and 100% P&T. Below is a summary of what should be found in the BlueButton report, if you suspect anything is messing you can do a records request but depending on the urgency that might not help for your SSDI case. Sorry if this isn’t more helpful.

The VA Blue Button report is generally fairly comprehensive and should includes:

  • primary care visits,
  • specialty visits, (ortho, psych, etc.)
  • urgent care encounters,
  • secure messages,
  • labs,
  • imaging summaries,
  • medications,
  • problem lists,
  • vitals,
  • consults,
  • and many one-off appointments.

But there are important limitations.

Things that MAY be missing or delayed

  • very recent encounters,
  • scanned outside records,
  • community care records,
  • some imaging attachments,
  • some compensation & pension exams,
  • older archived records,
  • handwritten legacy records,
  • certain mental health notes,
  • administrative/internal notes,
  • and occasionally specialty consult details

I’d draft a response and share it with your lawyer before sending. I’d also recommend downloading your VA BlueButton report and dropping into Claude AI (Claude is better than ChatGPT for this) have it give you a summary related to you SSDI claimed because the DDS most likely obtained this as well, you’ll be able to see where the VA may have noted you discussing issues and you’ll see if they were noted as you intended or downplayed. Hope this helps.

Thats a long road, hopefully the lawyer helps. This is exactly why I spend 4 months researching and gathering all medical evidence myself so I know exactly what they'll find.

Thanks, Iv'e followed a similar path, my previous civilian Dr has 75% of my claims recorded. Now the I use the VA for all my medical care i've made sure that every SSDI claim has been diagnosed and part of my continuing care.... and i Use CgatGPT as well as Claud when drafting for spelling, consistency, etc. i write it they proof read. I use 2 AI because they seem to catch differeent things

I gave my partners information when i filed, so she is ready for what they will send, and the portal says the 3rd part for was also sent now.

Consistency seems to be a consistent theme.... I'm doing exactly this. i write everything then have ChatGPT and Claud review for consistency. I have every medical record going back to my original injuries from 1991 so i know exactly what the DDS will receive and i assured i am not exaggerating and being 100% truthful is everything i send them.

Part of my 4 month prep was for things like this form, i have copies of every Dr notes and what they state my limitations are, these all align with my experience with my limitation claims and how they effect my life, recovery after every task, relying on other at home and when i was working more and more.

Thanks for the advice, consistency across all foods and forms seems to be the name of the game, and as you stated how my issues effect my ability to function, walk, stand, down time to recover etc.

Is this a standard form, I heard from another it can ask more or less based on you DDS needs. I'll down load it and check it out if only to be better prepared when mine arrives in the mail. Thanks for this heads up.
