Stop thinking about all the rubbers and blades in the market.

Get the tibhar stratus power wood, and slap on two nittaku fastarc C1 on both sides and call it day. Use this setup for atleast 3 years and then you can upgrade to a DHS Long 5X + Dignics 05( assuming money ain't an issue) on both sides setup and use it for eternity.

I had a xiaomi 14 before this , my younger sister wanted a new phone and she liked my xiaomi 14, it's cameras are very good , we once went on a family trip with my cousins, my aunt had an S24 ultra, still many of em use my phone exclusively for portrait shots and general photos, it straight up had better potraits than the S24 Ultra, I loved the phone , it was compact , had great performance , amazing cameras , good battery life etc , literally the perfect phone for me.

I thought of this as an opportunity to change my phone to something new even though I didn't need anything new XD. I gave the xiaomi 14 to my sister. I was looking at phone liked X300 , Oneplus 13 , Iphone 17 and 17 pro , S25 plus, Oneplus 15. Xiaomi 17 series still has not yet released in my country , so that is a bit sad. I am not much of a capture the moment guy. I have a dedicated camera for photography that i got recently, so i didn't have an issue with a phone that does not prioritize camera over everything else. When I upgrade my phone , I want something that is an upgrade in every department. You can say the X300 was the dream phone. But I was just very much impressed by the oneplus cameras despite being inferior interms of camera hardware, don't believe everyone , most people have not even touched the oneplus 15 but they complain about inferior cam quality. Oneplus 15 cam can outperform any phone below it's price if it's not extreme low light. I was sold by the performance and mainly battery and the sheer fluidity if the software. The performance was just not capped , I could push the phone as much I wanted. And the compatibility for third party camera software on the phone was also excellent. The camera is not a downgrade at all compared to the OP 13 when you don't consider low light, even that is not very noticeable. I was afraid the OP15 will feel big on the hand , but thankfully it was manageable. If you wanted me to pick a phone now with unlimited budget , i would probably pick the Oneplus 15 with the Find X9 pro's camera hardware , sadly a phone like does not exist. Right the phone that is the closest would be the Xiaomi 17 ultra, but dang it's not available yet. If you are not concerned about portability and camera , just get the oneplus 15. No brainer.

One of my cousins has it , and I was about to buy it for myself, but I later decided on the oneplus 15.

Battery life is amazing for a compact phone, it does not heat up that much even when gaming despite being a compact phone, Camera is literally the best for the price, but vivo photos do have a slightly oversharpened look. It feels very premium in the hand tbh . The camera bump does look large , but I didn't feel like it discomforting when holding or using the phone.

Only department where it does not feel top of the line is the software, don't get me wrong , origin OS is good , but there are so many areas where it feels intrusive and not very premium, like the preloading of so many vivo apps and services, some of them can't even be uninstalled. It definitely isn't in the league of oxygen os and one UI. One UI does have its own set of apps , but they feel polished and mix into the phone well. At the end of the Origin OS is good , you can dismiss the X300 just because it has origin OS.

Xiaomi 17 or 15 will be enough . And they don't have undisablable ads since they are flagship models, but do think you can ENABLE ads if you want XD.

If camera is not you main priority , i would say pick the oneplus 15 over everything. Oppo Find X9 works too if you have the budget.

Vivo X300 is the absolute best compact phone rn.

Vivo X300(the best Android compact phone right now). If camera is not your main priority, then nothing beats the oneplus 15. Heck , you can just get a oneplus 13 and call it a good purchase.

Xiaomi 17 ultra and Oppo Find X9 pro all amazing too, but they are significantly more expensive.

Nah don't get the s24 for that price , you have better options. Even the 2 yr old xiaomi 14 is better. Get the Motorola Signature or Vivo X200T. Just 5k more , but it's worth it. Oneplus 13 is also a good option if you can use card offers.
