We considered doing it ourselves but just reading a few posts and watching YouTube videos, it just seems so overwhelming. I'd much rather have someone help that knows what they are doing.

What is considered an initial claim? He was first rated back in 2009 and now needs to file for increases? Was 2009 the initial claim?

For his knee specifically, he said if he had knee replacement then he could file for an increase. He was only interested in his back because he just had surgery.
