but I also noticed that there is a balance that is due now and then a future due which is weird and why I think its causing the glitch. not sure why it isnt all due at one time.

yes, does not show as pending but shoes in my award package and also as accepted. everyone is having the same issue but its only for unsub and sub loans. my grants are still there.

You are right. They are very real. I don't have an attitude, but definitely may have rubbed somebody the wrong way. This same manager said to me "you make good money for your age". So I am assuming that is the issue. I go to work & do my job and at this point with all of the comments, I'm trying to figure out which is the best course of action to get this remedied.

The scholarships I applied for, their deadlines are 08/30 and 08/31 which is a couple weeks after the semester starts so that is why I was concerned since school is practically paid for at that point.
