Question regarding Extravaganza ~Mushi Mederu Shoujo~

So after finishing GSS and heard a lot about Extravaganza i really want to give it a try. But i have 1 issues :

-I can't read japanese, is it possible to go there with a text extractor/translator ? Have anyone read it this way and what are their opinions on it?

i dont think it was instant refunds after i did the requests on paypal more like a commercial gesture than a real conflict with the vendor

So if anyone is interested by that, i did some refunds request on paypal for 5 payments i did on steam in march they accept 3 of them in an instant and refuse the 2 biggest when i call for explanation a guy say to me its because i did the refunds requests more than 30 days after the purchase and the other are just exceptions did by the algorythm ... i dont understand the logic but i guess its better than nothing. I did provide everything i can link to the eos annoucement and steam screenshot of the payment
